Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.
2. Delivery Areas
  • We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka, including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, and other cities and towns.
  • Delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than standard service times.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date your order is dispatched:

Area Estimated Delivery Time
Colombo District 1–3 business days
Major Cities (Kandy, Galle, etc.) 2–4 business days
Other Regions 3–6 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or logistical delays.

4. Delivery Charges
  • Standard delivery within Colombo and Suburbs – LKR 300
  • Standard delivery within Northern & Eastern Provinces – LKR 400
  • Standard delivery within Other Regions – LKR 350
  • Charges apply per delivery address.
5. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Fardar Express and reliable local delivery providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts
  • The courier will attempt delivery three times to the provided address.
  • If unavailable, your parcel would be returned and you may liable to pay return charges.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Receiving Your Order
  • Please inspect your package before signing for delivery.
  • If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue according to our Returns & Refund Policy
8. Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
